Once you go beyond the free limit of 15 invoices, there is a usage-based fee of €6.99 per month, making it a flexible and affordable option. You will only be charged when your invoicing needs increase, ensuring you are not paying for more than you use.

Every month, the invoice count resets, meaning you will get 15 free invoices again at the start of each billing cycle. If you exceed the 15 free invoices in a given month, you will be charged €6.99 based on your usage for that month, ensuring you only pay when your invoicing needs increase.

  • Sales Documents : in this section, you will find everything you need to manage your invoices (view and manage all your issued invoices, track their statuses, resend them to clients, or make adjustments if needed) and orders (track and manage customer orders, ensuring that each transaction is accounted for, and invoices are properly generated...)
  • Settings: Here, you can:
    • Verify your VAT to ensure compliance with EU regulations.
    • Customize invoice templates to match your brand by adding logos, adjusting layouts, or adding specific fields.
    • Set default email templates for sending invoices to customers, automating your communication, and ensuring professionalism.

When you will be charged

  • First 15 invoices: Free every month.
