How to configure payment terms for customers

CommBilling allows you to customize payment terms for your customers, ensuring clear expectations and efficient payment processes. While CommBilling does not offer direct settings for payment terms, you can configure this information on your invoices to communicate payment conditions effectively.

  1. Open CommBilling in Shopify.

  2. Navigate to the Settings tab and select the Customization tab.

  3. Choose the sales document (e.g invoice or credit note) template you want to edit and click on Edit Design.


  4. Locate the section for Terms and Conditions.


  5. Enter the payment terms you want and press Save to see the changes applied.


While CommBilling does not offer automated payment term configuration, customizing your invoice templates allows you to clearly communicate payment expectations to your customers. By following these steps, you can ensure transparency and smooth financial interactions.
