Customizing your sales documents, such as invoices and credit notes, helps reflect your brand identity and meet your business needs. With CommBilling, you can easily personalize the look and feel of your sales documents by editing templates, adding logos, adjusting fonts, and more.
- Step 1: Go to the Settings tab in CommBilling.
- Step 2: Select the Customization option from the menu.
- Step 3: In the Customization section, choose the Sales Document Template you want to edit (e.g., invoices, credit notes).
- Step 4: Once you’ve selected a template, you can:
- Change fonts and text styles.
- Add your company logo or other branding elements.
- Modify fields to include or remove certain details as needed.
- Step 5: After making your changes, click the Save button to apply them.
Your customized sales documents will now reflect the changes, ensuring that they match your brand and business requirements.
