Setting Up Translation Preferences in CommBilling

CommBilling allows you to customize your sales documents and emails by setting translation preferences. This feature is especially useful for businesses operating in multiple languages or regions. Follow these steps to configure your translation settings:
  1. Navigate to the Settings tab in CommBilling.
  2. Select the Translation sub-tab from the menu.
  3. In the Translation Preferences section, you can:
    • Choose the default language for your sales documents (invoices, credit notes )
    • Enable or disable "auto Detect Customer language". If you serve customers across different regions, you can activate the option to automatically send sales documents in the customer’s preferred language.

After setting your preferences, click the Save button to apply the changes.


Your documents and emails will now be automatically translated based on the preferences you configured, ensuring clear communication with your customers across different languages.
