1. Eligibility:  
This offer is exclusively available to store owners on Shopify located in Europe.

2. Offer Duration:  
The offer begins on October 1st and will end on the official launch day of CommBilling on Shopify. Any sign-ups after this date will not be eligible for the 20% discount.

3. Offer Limitations:  
Each Shopify store owner can redeem the 20% discount once per shop. If a user owns multiple Shopify stores, they are eligible to claim the discount on each shop, but only once per shop. The discount is applicable to the first-year subscription only.

4. Subscription Plan:  
The 20% discount applies exclusively to the C-Business annual subscription plan. This offer is not valid for other subscription tiers or monthly plans.

5. Renewals:  
After the first year, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard C-Business subscription rate, with no discount applied.

6. Promo Code Validity:  
There is no expiration date for the promo code. Users may redeem the code once the app officially launches on Shopify, and it will remain valid until used.

7. Refunds & Cancellations:  
The refund and cancellation policies for subscriptions purchased with this discount are the same as the standard policies for all CommBilling subscriptions.

8. Combining Offers:  
This 20% discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

9. Changes to the Offer:  
CommBilling reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time. Should there be any changes, users will be notified through official communication channels.
