CommBilling offers two ways to send invoices to customers: manually or automatically. Here’s how you can send invoices using both methods:
Manual Method:
- Navigate to the Sales Documents tab in CommBilling.
- Select the Invoices sub-tab from the menu.
- Find the invoice you want to send and click the Send button in "Actions".
The invoice will be immediately sent to the customer via the email associated with their account.
Automatic Method:
- Go to the Settings tab in CommBilling, Email section.
- In the Automation area, tick the box to activate automatic invoice sending.
Once activated, all future invoices will be automatically sent to customers by email as soon as they are generated.
By using these methods, you can either manually control when to send invoices or automate the process for faster, seamless billing.
