How to add custom notes or terms to an invoice

Adding custom notes or terms and conditions to your invoices can help you communicate important details (payment etc) to your customers. Follow these steps to add or customize the terms on your invoices:
  • Step1: Navigate to the Settings tab in CommBilling.
  • Step 2: Click the Customization option from the left menu.
  • Step3: Choose Invoice Template in "Template Type" that you wish and Click the "Edit Design" button to modify the template.
  • In the left menu, locate the Data Fields section.
  • Tick the box for Terms and Conditions to activate this field on the invoice.
  • In the Terms and Conditions field, add your custom text or notes.
  • Once you’ve made your changes, click the Save button to apply them.

Your custom terms and notes will now appear on all invoices generated using this template, ensuring your customers receive the relevant information every time.
