Setting up your emails in CommBilling ensures that your customers receive professional, branded communication. You can customize templates, set up automated email notifications, and configure email contents for sending. Follow these steps to set up your emails:
- Navigate to the Settings tab in CommBilling.
- Select the Email sub-tab.
- In the Email Settings section, you can:
- Choose to either customize your own SMTP settings or use CommBilling's SMTP server.
- Configure your personal SMTP server
If you choose to use your personal SMTP server, enter the necessary details, including the server address, port, username, and password, and then press 'Validate".
- Choose CommBilling SMTP server
To ensure that your emails are sent from our server, click on "Default Commbilling Domain then press 'Validate".
- Choose to either customize your own SMTP settings or use CommBilling's SMTP server.
- Personalize your email templates and editing the message content. you can use our "Generative AI" for assistance in crafting your message.
- Set up automated email notifications for invoices and credit notes generation.
Once you’ve made your changes, click the Save button to apply them.
With these settings configured, your customers will receive branded, automated emails ensuring smooth communication and professionalism.
