- Blue - Ungenerated: The invoice has not been created yet. No billing information has been finalized for this transaction.
- Yellow - In Progress: The invoice generation process has started, and the system is preparing the document.
- Light Green - Generated: The invoice has been successfully created. It is now ready for review or sending.
- Purple - Sent: The invoice has been successfully sent to the client. This confirms the delivery of the invoice.
- Orange - Failed: The invoice generation failed due to an error. You may need to review the information and try again or contact the support.
These statuses allow you to easily monitor your invoice progress and take the necessary actions if issues arise.
