The Help Button in CommBilling provides all the resources you need to successfully use the app, offering quick access to support and useful articles. This section is designed to ensure that any issues or questions you may have can be resolved efficiently, so you can focus on running your business.

1. Search Bar

At the top of the help section, you will find a Search Bar. Here, you can type in keywords or phrases to quickly find articles that provide guidance on specific topics. Whether you need help with setting up VAT, generating invoices, or customizing templates, the search functionality makes it easy to locate the information you need without having to browse through multiple resources.

Right below the search bar, there is a section highlighting the Top 3 Searches, giving you quick access to the most popular topics that other users are looking for. This helps you find relevant information quickly if you are dealing with a common issue.

2. Support Section

The Support Section offers several ways to reach out for assistance:

  • Submit Feedback: This option provides a form where you can share your thoughts, suggestions, or report any issues you encounter with CommBilling. It’s a direct way to communicate with the CommBilling team and help improve the app.

  • Email Us: If you prefer more traditional support, the Email Us option allows you to send your query via email. This method is ideal for questions or issues that require more detailed responses or attachments. The support team is committed to responding within 24 business hours, ensuring timely help with your inquiries.

  • Chat with Us: CommBilling offers an AI-powered chat option to help answer your questions in real time. The AI is designed to handle most inquiries, but if you need additional assistance, there is also the possibility to talk to a human. However, this feature is only accessible to C-Business Plan users, giving them priority access to human support when needed.

 

With the Help Button, you have easy access to all the guidance and support needed to get the most out of CommBilling. Whether you prefer to find answers yourself or reach out to the support team, these resources ensure you can resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
